It’s all about Greenville’s Open Studios November 4-6. Over 131 different artists will open their doors to you absolutely free. My studio at 10 Central Avenue Studios will participate for the 7th year, I am so proud to say! Also at our location will be Marcy Yerkes, Julia Peters, Jeanne Blinkoff and Linda Williams. Be sure to add us to your calendar and look for the signs as you drive Greenville and Greer.
We all look forward to seeing you and too we have plenty of parking!

Private parties are welcome!
Thank you Elliott Davis Decosimo
I have never painted in just black and white but I will give it a whirl. My Great Aunt had a bridal and ready to wear shop for 25 years. I grew up in that shop as my immediate family all worked there.. This is a photo of their first location. My mom is left, granddad middle and My Aunt mom’s sister on right, though you probably can’t see right now. follow along as I bring it to the paper.
My second day of painting I learned I loved this technique! I will keep working and hope I don’t over work it. ……sigh……..
Day 1 – Filling in the shapes and adding wash
2nd day – bringing up different values. I like it!
Something about this that I could just get lost in. Maybe it’s the blue stripes? ♥
